Water Haus by River Road Escapes is a fun and comfortable, large-group vacation rental located right at the edge of the Guadalupe River in New Braunfels, Texas. This three-bedroom river home rental offers accommodations for up to 12 guests in-unit, with additional resort-style offerings nearby.
This family riverfront getaway is ideal for groups traveling with kids of all ages. There is a level, grassy lawn leading to the water, where you can splash, play and cool off, as well as an outdoor living space where adults can relax and keep an eye on things. You’ll love the outdoor grill, private fire pit, yard games, and our excellent napping hammock.
Inside, Water Haus is fully furnished with a central sitting room, dining area and modern kitchen. Pack your clothes (and outdoor toys) and forget about linens or dishes! This picturesque Texas vacation cottage has everything you need to prepare large-group meals at “home” and save money on dining out.
Sleeping arrangements: All three bedrooms at Water Haus are located on the ground floor. These are furnished with two queen-sized beds and four sets of bunk beds. This home also has two full baths.

Things To Do
Set right between the third and fourth Guadalupe River crossing points, River Road Escapes offers easy access to fishing, swimming, and tubing. Tube rentals are available onsite for just $16 to $18 per person per day. Your rental is also close to the beautiful San Antonio Riverwalk and the San Marcos outlet mall!
Other fun day trips in the area include hiking at the various local trails and nature areas and popular attractions such as the Heritage Museum, the Schlitterbahn Waterpark, the Natural Bridge Caverns, the Whitewater Amphitheater, and the Buggy Barn Museum/Old West Movie Set — or just indulging in some fine dining in downtown New Braunfels, Gruene, or Canyon Lake.
