Sleeping Arrangements at Tree House: With four bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs, this home can sleep up to ten people comfortably. The master bathroom offers a jetted garden tub and a separate shower. Plus there is another full bath available upstairs. With a washer and dryer provided in the garage you can be sure to have plenty of clean comfortability for your stay.
There are relaxing deck chairs to sit and watch the sun rise over the water and enjoy your morning coffee, or you can enjoy an evening cocktail while you barbeque your dinner on the charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal). There is a full kitchen with all the amenities and gadgets you may need, a welcoming dining area and breakfast bar with additional seating in an open floor plan.
Feel free to get all cozy on the plush leather sofas in the living room as there is a wood burning fireplace and large flat screen TV offering digital cable service and WiFi. The deer will walk right up to the back yard for their daily feeding - you'll enjoy watching them frolic and play with a Hill Country view! As this home has a new owner, we proudly promise very thorough cleaning with the new housekeepers!
Bringing your boat? There are public and free boat ramps only a short drive away where you can park in a flat parking area near the street if need be. Wanting to rent a boat? No worries, the local south side marina is less than ten minutes away! Also, there are tubing outfitters and fishing guiding services located very close.
The exciting Historic Gruene and all the live music venues of New Braunfels are a short thirty minute drive away. There are also wonderful and unique restaurants in the area that you will not want to miss out on! Plus, Schlitterbahn where you can enjoy the water parks open in summer with the indoor areas open year round! The famous San Antonio is a short thirty minute drive and Austin is about an hour away by car. Lastly, popular outlet malls in San Marcos are only twenty-five miles away!
